Day 1: KILIMANJARO – ARUSHA (1hour drive)

Arrival of your flight at Kilimanjaro International Airport. You will be warmly welcomed by our representative and your driver guide outside customs and immigration hall. You will be assisted with your bags and proceed to your hotel. If time permits, you will have a tour briefing at the hotel lobby ready to start your safari proper in the morning. Dinner and overnight stay.

LEGENDARY LODGE (HB – Dinner, Bed & Breakfast)

Day 2: ARUSHA  SERENGETI (01h45) Game Viewing drive

Breakfast at the lodge and check out. 10h00: Visit the visit Shanga, an Elewana initiative based at Arusha Coffee Lodge where physically challenged crafts people create beautiful necklaces from recycled powder glass beads. This is an incredible business venture that retails throughout Tanzania and abroad, and helps so many deaf and disabled people earn a salary who otherwise would have nothing.

11h30: After an informative tour of the colorful workshop, have brunch at the lodge then transfer to Arusha Airport and assisted with check-in for your Coastal Aviation flight to SERENGETI, via Manyara departing at 13h00. Land at the airstrip at 14h45, met by our driver guide and embark on a game drive in the park.

Proceed to the camp before sunset. Arrive and check in. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 & 4: Serengeti National Park Game Viewing drive

2 full days spent in Serengeti National park with at least two game drives on each day on shared basis

This is a home to the “big five” of rhinoceros, lion, leopard, elephant, and buffalo. In the vast plains of Serengeti National Park, comprising 1.5 million hectares of savannah, the annual migration of two million wildebeests plus hundreds of thousands of gazelles and zebras – followed by their predators in their annual migration in search of pasture and water – is one of the most impressive nature spectacles in the world. The biological diversity of the park is very high with at least four globally threatened or endangered animal species: black rhinoceros, elephant, wild dog, and cheetah. The park also boasts about 500 bird species, including ostrich, secretary bird, Kori bustard, crowned crane, marabou stork, martial eagle, lovebirds and many species of vultures.

All meals and overnight stay at the camp.

Day 5 Serengeti National Park Balloon safari / Game Viewing drive

Rise early by 05h30 and transfer to the launching site. Briefing over tea and coffee then set off at 06h30.

The adventure begins just before dawn. Departure is from a perfect natural launch site behind, flames from the hot air balloon burners light the darkness as the crews inflate their craft. The first, pink tongues of sunlight flicker across the skies as the hot air balloon fills, then rises. Suspended in a basket beneath the rainbow-coloured canopy, you’re off for a wildlife viewing adventure with an entirely different perspective.

Once through at around 08h30, you will land and have a champagne bush breakfast. You will be issued with certificates to keep for this fabulous memory. You may go back to the camp for a rest or continue with a mid-morning game drive. You will have another game drive in the afternoon.

Day 6 – SERENGETI ZANZIBAR (4 hour flight) DEPART

Early breakfast at the camp. Check out and transfer to the Seronera airstrip with brief game drive for your schedule Coastal Aviation flight to Zanzibar via Arusha departing at 10h00. Arrive at 14h20. (Zanzibar extension rates are available on request)

Passenger Information:-
– Passengers should bring only soft sided bags on safaris as our vehicles have limited luggage space
– All the passengers must have Identification Card/Passport with them throughout their travel.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION
The parties involved shall agree the specific terms of cancellation on each case.
Under the Tanzania Legislation, the Hotels and Caterers can legally levy the following cancellation charges:-
60-46 days prior to arrival: 10%
45-14 days prior to arrival: 25%
14-07 days prior to arrival: 30 %
07-03 days prior to arrival: 50%
03 days-to no show : 100%

FORCE MAJEUR CIRCUMSTANCES
In case either party suffers force majeure circumstances (that are unforeseen, inevitable and uncontrollable), such as strikes, closing of frontiers, ports and airports, bad weather, delays in departures and arrivals of the means of transportation, accidents and all services provided by a third Party, as a result of which the obligations under the present agreement cannot be fulfilled the parties shall be exonerated from their obligations without having to pay compensation for the damage caused to the other party.
